Jess and Jack had their annual Marble Slab New Year's Eve party. It is always so much fun! Laney went to spend the night with Grommy and the boys joined us for all the festivities.
We got to Jess's house and I immediately went in her room to feed the boys. Once that was taken care of, my little guys and I were ready to party!!
Sam was watching Todd take the picture, buy my little Miles Man couldn't take his eyes off me!!!

The boys were very well loved during the party. Sam was showing off to Holly about how well he holds that head up!

The guys had some sort of Wii tournament that looked to be pretty serious!

The girls watched and held babies.....most of whom were mine!

We left my sister's house at around eleven and bolted across town to Jared and Jill's house to ring in the new year with them, Lamar and Jill, and Trent and Bethany. They were a very funny bunch and were having such a good time together that we almost missed the ball drop! We made it to their ginormous TV just in time!!!

Our anniversary is in December, so the New Year is always the beginning of a new year of marriage for us too. We are starting our ninth year together which is crazy enough on its own. And now we have three precious children entrusted to us by the Lord!!! I have said lots of times (as we have gotten older and older) that every year of our lives has been better than the year before. I am looking forward to the best year yet with my sweet husband! Yay 2009!!!

All the boys in my life deserved kisses, so I got down to give sleeping Miles his first of many kisses in 2009!!

and a kiss for Sam!! It is going to be such a great year with my sweet family!!!

I think that Todd was trying to simulate a sreobe light with the flash of our camera. We have about thirty shots of our funny friends busting out into a dance party!
