After the party at Aerials, our family came over to have dinner and celebrate a little more at our house!
A Hello Kitty neckalce!
And this cuter than cute little pink peacoat!
The Goods brought Laney a custom practice beam, handcrafted by Uncle Jack!! She was thrilled to get to practice her "ice cream scoops" and all her other tricks!
Kevin's wrinkle reducer has to work on overtime for the three of us, but he is faithful!!!Laney was all smiles again at her second round of present opening for the day! I remember at her family party last year, sweet Tessa had to help her open most of her presents because Laney was still anxious with all those eyes on her!
Colt and Jenna gave Laney a super trendy and fashion forward outfit, which she totally loves, but they also gave her a Toys R Us gift card and wrote her a note asking her to let them take her on a date to go and spend it! They are so crazy about her and the feeling is quite mutual!
Laney was the Student of the Week for her class again the week of her birthday! Kevin was so thoughtful to get a picture of her with her sign again!
Laney chose "long noodles" for her birthday dinner with her family! Spaghetti and meatballs, so easy for this mommy!!
Kevin, so thoughtful, brought me too gifts over for the brothers! They were pretty pumped!
GPK and the birthday girl!
A Lalaloopsy doll from Bobbis! The Good Girls have these and Laney was super excited to join them in Lalaloopsy land!
I made Laney some bedding for her little doll bed. She was so disappointed at Christmas time when I made some for C and T and she didn't get any, so I thought she would be really excited about the new look for ClaireTessa (her doll)'s bed. She was actually not that into it at the time, but it has since seen a lot of action!
Some sparkly TOMS from Bobbis and GPK!
These two are often in cahoots about something!
My treasure of a daughter! How is she six years old?!?!
Grommy got Laney this hair accessories tower at the American Girl Store. It is so cute with little sponge rollers and even tiny little bobby pins!
The brothers picked out Little Mermaid squinkies for Laney. They really wanted to get her Cars 2 ones, but finally decided that she would like these best. Aerial is her favorite princess!
The only gift that Laney asked for over and over again was a gymnastics bar! I looked and looked and couldn't find one for less than a staggering $400!!! So, instead, Grommy funded all the supplies and Todd built one for her!! It is perfect and she LOVES it! It really brings back memories of the bar that my dad built for Jessica and me when we were little!!
Instead of another round of cupcakes, we built ice cream sundaes for our family party! It was a perfect day of celebrating the world's most delightful six year old!
